Fall Robotics 2020 Competition Season-Update

The CGA Robotics program is both instructional and competitive.  Teams will compete in accomplishing a series of tasks they have programmed and built their robot to do.  Skills the program focuses on: collaborative problem-solving, communication, time management, programming, robot design and construction.  No previous experience or knowledge is necessary, but maturity, diligence, and work ethic is a must.

The competition date is March 19, 2022. Kick off is scheduled for January 15, 2022. Those are mandatory events for participation in the program. A Robotics team t-shirt will be provided with registration funds, and will be worn for both these events.

Robotics Practice schedule:

Tuesdays and Thursdays
November 2, 2021 - March 17, 2022

5:30-8:30pm
In Warner Robins.

We will use a rotating parent volunteer system for instruction, safety, and accountability. It is not mandatory to stay for every practice, but it is necessary for parents to be active and involved with this team. We have to provide parent volunteers at competition, and being at practice will help with the understanding needed for roles at the competition. Please be prepared to volunteer at both practice and competition.

Christ Chapel, Moody Rd, Warner Robins
